message consent information for marketing. SMS data is used only to
operate Trading Pipeline Alerts.
Information we collect
- Mobile phone number configured by the account owner for SMS alerts
- Message delivery status and reply history needed to operate HELP, STOP, and account commands
- Application settings required to send trade, risk, execution, and service notifications
- System logs needed to diagnose delivery, reliability, and security issues
How we use information
- Deliver transactional account notifications
- Process STOP, HELP, and other reply commands
- Maintain delivery reliability and auditability
- Prevent unauthorized access or misuse of the private alert system
How information is shared
SMS delivery information is shared with service providers needed to operate the alert service, including messaging and infrastructure providers. Mabasa Trade does not sell SMS data or use it for third-party marketing.
Data retention
Delivery records and application logs may be retained as needed for audit, reliability, and troubleshooting. The account owner can disable SMS notifications or request support at any time.
